Outgoing academic mobility of students

Baishev University gives its students the opportunity to gain study experience in more than 50 partner universities, not only in Kazakhstan, but also around the world. The number of students enrolled in academic mobility programs is increasing every year. Applications are accepted 2 times a year: May-June, December.

To participate in academic mobility (including distance learning), a student must submit to the MS Department:

  1. statementaccording to the form approved by the Rules of the organization of the educational process on credit technology of education, approved by the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 20, 2011 No. 152 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative legal Acts No. 6976);
  2. agreementsigned between the applicant, the receiving and sending higher education institutions;
  3. the completed application forma citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who goes to study abroad in accordance with the form.
  4. photo 3×4 (6 pieces);
  5. letter of recommendation (from the curator);
  6. individual curriculum;
  7. transcript for the entire period of study;
  8. medical certificate in the form approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907 “On approval of forms of primary medical documentation of healthcare organizations” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 6697) form No. 086 – for education in Kazakhstan, form No. 082 – for study abroad (if full-time education);
  9. fluorography image (at the request of the partner university, for living in a dormitory);
  10. written consent of the applicant’s parents (guardians, legal representatives) for a course of study within the framework of academic mobility;
  11. 2 copies of the identity card and/or national passport;
  12. certificate from the place of study (at the request of the partner university);
  13. certificate confirming knowledge of a foreign language (IELTS, TOEFL, HSK), if available;
  14. copies of diplomas, certificates, diplomas, letters of thanks, if any;
  15. folder folder.
