On February 21, 2023, an international scientific and practical panel discussion was held at Baishev University on the topic: “The art of managing the UNIVERSITY OF THE FUTURE”
The discussion was held both face-to-face and via video-conference.
During the work, the panel discussion participants (the Baishev University staff-members and professors from Moscow, Karakalpak and Uzbek universities) raised the most pressing issues on aspects such as:
1. Problems related to effective university management
2. Development of a networking model at the university
3. Issues of promoting a professional career at the University
4. The role of a transformational leader in the university management
As a result of the panel discussion, i.e. based on this discussion results, as well as on the basis of a preliminary questionnaire in Google format, a resolution of this discussion platform was adopted.
