Baishev University gives its students the opportunity to gain learning experience in more than 50 partner universities, not only in Kazakhstan, but also around the world. Every year, the number of students enrolled in academic mobility programs increases. Applications are accepted 2 times a year: May-June, December.
To participate in academic mobility (including a distance format), the student must submit to the IR Department:
- application in the form approved by the Rules of the organization of the educational process on credit technology of training, approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 20, 2011 No. 152 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 6976);
- agreement signed between the applicant, the receiving and sending higher education institutions;
- the completed application form of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who goes to study abroad in the form.
- photo 3×4 (6 pieces);
- recommendation letter (from the adviser);
- individual curriculum;
- transcript for the entire training period;
- medical certificate in the form approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907 “On approval of forms of primary medical documentation of healthcare organizations” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 6697) No. 086 form – for studying in Kazakhstan, No. 082 form – for studying abroad;
- x-ray (at the request of the partner university, for living in the dormitory);
- written consent of the applicant’s parents (guardians, legal representatives) for the direction of study within the framework of academic mobility;
- 2 copies of the identity card and / or national passport;
- certificate from the place of study (at the request of the partner university);
- certificate confirming knowledge of a foreign language (IELTS, TOEFL, HSK), if available;
- copies of certificates, diplomas, letters of thanks, if any;
- file folder.
