The system of internal quality assurance of the University, implemented through the documented information of the University QMS, according to the requirements of CT RK ISO 9001-2016. Quality Management Systems. Requirements» and criteria of ESG standards, provides development in accordance with Mission-Vision-Strategy, University Quality Policy and Objectives and expectations of internal and external stakeholders.

In 2005 – The University for the first time received the certificate of conformity of the quality management system of CT RK ISO 9001: 2004 under the number KZ15176.07.03.002

In 2016 – The University successfully passed the certification audit of the quality management system, conducted by the certified company of the Aktobe branch of OPS SM JSC «National center of expertise and certification» for obtaining the certificate of conformity under the new version of CT RK ISO 90012016.

In 2017, the University was awarded the certificate of conformity of CT RK ISO 9001-2016 (ISO 9001:2015 international standard) KZ. Q.01.03.18 KSS 0058809, KZ.1510318.07.03.00943 for 3 years.

In 2018, 2019, the University successfully passed the planned procedures of inspection audit of QMS University.

In 2019, in connection with the rebranding of the University (renaming Aktobe University named after Saktagan Bayshev University to Bayshev University) issued a certificate KZ.Q.01.0318.

In 2020 Bayshev University successfully passed the procedure of recertification of AF JSC «National Center of Expertise and Certification» in relation to educational activity of training of personnel with higher and postgraduate education and confirmed compliance with the requirements of CT RK ISO 90012016 (ISO 9001:2015). «Quality management systems. Requirements». The Certificate of Conformity KZ.1510318.07.03.00943 was awarded from 18.09.2020. The period of validity is from 18.09.2020 to 18.09.2023.
